Favour Umejesi's journey is a testament to the strength of the human spirit. Despite growing up in a financially challenging environment in Nigeria, she never let adversity dim her dreams. Favour's relentless pursuit of education not only led to academic excellence but also garnered attention from prestigious institutions worldwide. With a full-ride scholarship to Grambling State University, she's now pursuing her passion for chemistry, fuelled by a deep desire to make a difference. Her story is one of resilience, determination, and unwavering belief in the power of education to change lives and communities.

Since our founding in 2005, Help Hands has had a significant impact on our community. We have provided food, shelter, and other basic necessities to thousands of individuals in need, and we have helped countless others gain the skills and resources they need to improve their lives.
